Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are a frequent cause of patient hospitalisations. ADRs are often overlooked or not identified in time because the symptoms are not associated with the use of the medication. Precisely this challenge is addressed in this book: Using 34 real-life patient cases, the experienced team of authors demonstrates how ADRs can be promptly identified, treated and avoided.
