Author Biography
Boris Herrmann, born in 1981, is currently the best German ocean yachtsman. In 2020, the professional sailor was the first German ever to participate in the Vendée Globe, the hardest regatta for single-handed sailors leading around the world in about 80 days. In August 2019, he caught worldwide attention for sailing Greta Thunberg on his yacht to the UN Climate Summit in New York.
