Author Biography
Márcia Leite was born in São Paulo, the city where she developed her personal and professional life. She has been writing for children and young people for over 25 years. She has published books for several Brazilian publishers, some of which have won awards, such as the collection "Historinhas bem...", in partnership with the writer Caio Riter, which won the Açorianos Prize for Literature in the children's category, or the juvenile book "Aqui entre nós", which received the Nestlé Prize for Brazilian Literature, the Highly Recommendable seal from FNLIJ and was translated into German. The author was twice finalist of the Jabuti Award. By ÔZé, she published the book Castelos de areia in 2022.
