Author Biography

Zhao Hong, female, born in May 1963, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, is a Professor and Master's Supervisor. She currently serves as Vice President of Tianjin Polytechnic University; Director of the Chinese Industrial Economics Association; Director of the Textile Economy Research Institute (co-established by China National Textile and Apparel Council and Tianjin Polytechnic University); Director of the Tianjin Economics Association; and Strategy Expert on Science and Technology Development Strategy and Policy at the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission. She has been awarded the Scholarship for Teaching Excellence by the Hong Kong Sangma Foundation. In 2006, she was recognized as one of Tianjin's "Five Batches" Talents in Publicity and Culture (Young Theorist), and in 2008, she was selected into the Ministry of Education's "Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University".
