Diana O'Hara received a PhD in history from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 1995, and is a researcher with Victoria County History; Peter Lake is University Distinguished Professor of History at Vanderbilt University; Anthony Milton is Professor of Early Modern British History at the University of Sheffield
