Finn's Garden Friends
by Rachel Lawston and Lia Visirin
Description
A picture book whose charming story will make all children feel they can find nature in the town or city - not just in the countryside! Finn and his mother have moved to the city, and he is missing nature. Luckily his grandpa comes to the rescue, and introduces Finn to his wonderful allotment. Finn discovers a hibernating hedgehog, a fox and so much more - all in the city. While he is fearful of the fox in the beginning, he learns that even a fox needs acceptance and food. With stunning, detailed artwork by Lia Visirin, new author Rachel Lawston's book has already been declared 'A triumph' by top selling author Janey Jones ('Princess Poppy' series). The endpapers are full of species and plants to spot in the book...
