Author Biography

Professor Chai Tiequ, former Standing Director of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Rehabilitation Medicine and Chairman of the Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Professional Committee, holds unique insights into food nutrition. In recent years, he has been invited to deliver numerous lectures, sharing TCM-based health preservation methods tailored to people of different constitutions. He has won the Third Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and the First Prize of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Progress Award.
Qingya is a freelance illustrator with a Master’s degree in Design. A minimalist artist specializing in flat design, she is a lovely and childlike creator who harbors a "child’s heart"—skilled at producing interesting, cute, and healing illustrations. Her works are characterized by "abstract realism and simple sophistication."
