Zhang Haoyu is one of China's first registered dietitians, an associate professor at Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, and founder of Yiyin Nutrition Studio. He teaches the national MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) Nutrition and Dietary Therapy, serves as chief editor of Practical Guidelines for Food Education in Kindergartens, and deputy editor of works including Modern Weight Management System and Food Analysis and Testing.

Leading a team of teachers and students, he has provided services to over 100 group dining institutions such as kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. He is committed to food education, nutritious meal preparation, and nutritional intervention for children with special needs (autism, ADHD, and tic disorders). Applying SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) for autism management, GFCF (Gluten-Free Casein-Free) diet combined with low-salicylate diet for tic disorder intervention, and ADHD-targeted dietary approaches for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, he has helped over 300 children achieve improvements, gaining widespread recognition from parents. He has also delivered more than 1,000 public lectures on nutrition and health.
