Intestinal Health for Dogs
Recognizing the Symptoms - Understanding the Context
by Maike John-Sauerstein
Description
Diarrhea, flatulence, intestinal rumbling or vomiting - these are alarm signals that make every dog owner alarmed. This book provides a lot of important information to correctly interpret the symptoms and identify the affected organ. For example, smacking is a signal that the dog is experiencing too much stomach acid. Often, inappropriate food and stress are the reasons. Once the triggers of certain clinical pictures have been identified, remedial action can be taken. It is therefore advisable to analyze the components of the diet in detail and to identify possible problematic components. It may then be possible to find a diet that puts as little strain as possible on the digestive system. For allergy sufferers, a way can be found through special food to make intestinal rehabilitation possible. Natural remedies, such as those based on herbs, can also be used to promote healthy intestinal flora. However, it is not always possible to achieve a cure. Chronic disorders can, however, be alleviated and thus a life worth living can be achieved for the dog as well as his keeper.
