Description
What to do when the man who should be a loving support in every woman's life turns out to be the one who hinders her in various ways? Tere Díaz, a specialist in couple's therapy and human development, answers in a simple and precise way through this book.
Many women come to therapy for painful symptoms, for anxieties in their lives that they don't know the origin and nourishment of. The common denominator for many of them is the partner they chose and with whom they share their days.
Partners who, far from encouraging their personal and professional development, diminish them at every step and limit their decisions, while they have chosen to stay behind the scenes, assuming a lesser role for themselves compared to their partner. And all this without necessarily being aware of it.
This work is a guide that speaks to each woman so that she reflects on her day-to-day life and identifies the characteristics of an abusive partner, puts its advice into practice, and can modify what she believed to be a unique event.
Tere Díaz's main objective is clear: that women manage to be well with themselves, build healthy relationships, and achieve a happy and harmonious life.
