Author Biography
Angelina Paustian is an ecotrophologist, who lived in Japan for a while and is well-known in the Manga and Anime scene. She has been dedicated to Japanese cuisine for more than 13 years and travels back to Japan every year to discover new culinary treasures. She gives lectures on Japanese cuisine and food on Japan-related events and conventions that are taking place almost on a weekly basis all over Germany. In addition, she also gives cooking classes. Her successful blog with Japanese recipes supports the activities of her constantly-growing fan- community. Angelina Paustian has already won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award twice in her career with her cookbook titles.
