Author Biography

Dr. Maren Kelm studied pharmacy and earned her PhD in pharmaceutical biology at the University of Münster. She gained experience in community and hospital pharmacy, focusing on clinical pharmacy and digitalization. Today she works in medical affairs at a mid-sized pharmaceutical company specializing in gynecology, is a certified medication safety manager, and pursues further specialization in drug information. She is also active with Apotheker ohne Grenzen Deutschland e.V. supporting women’s health locally and internationally. Lars Peter Frohn (b. 1973) studied pharmacy in Bonn, later completing a Master in Drug Regulatory Affairs and an MBA in Healthcare Management. After experience in community pharmacies in Germany, Switzerland, and Australia, he expanded into consulting, teaching, and management, including as CEO of a Swiss pharmacy chain. He is the author of several professional books and training materials and works as a lecturer and consultant in pharmacy practice, quality management, and healthcare.
