Author Biography
Dr. Constanze Schäfer MHA studied pharmacy in Mainz and earned her doctorate in the history of pharmacy in Düsseldorf. She also earned a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Bielefeld University. Since 1999, she has headed the training and continuing education department of the North Rhine Chamber of Pharmacists and has been teaching law at the PTA Technical College in Duisburg for several years. She is the author of various specialist books.
