Geoffrey Roberts was Lecturer in the department of Politics at the University of Manchester Geoffrey K. Roberts is a former Reader in German Politics at the University of Manchester; Patricia Hogwood is Lecturer in Politics at the University of Glasgow; Bill Jones is a Research Fellow in the Department of Government at the University of Manchester and is a former Director of Extra-Mural Studies at the University of Manchester
