Ellinor Skagegård, geboren 1984 in Uppsala, ist eine schwedische Kulturjournalistin und schreibt unter anderem für Svenska Dagbladet. Sie ist Musikerin und Songwriterin der Folk-Band Dragon Dolls. Fanny Mendelssohns unerhörtes Gespür für Musik ist ihr erstes Buch.; Regine Elsässer, geboren 1946 in Erlangen, studierte in Köln, Hamburg und Turku (Finnland) Germanistik, Theaterwissenschaften und Skandinavistik. Seit 1983 ist sie als Übersetzerin tätig. Regine Elsässer lebt in Mannheim.
