Deniz Ohde, geboren 1988 in Frankfurt am Main, studierte Germanistik in Leipzig, wo sie heute auch lebt. Für ihren Debütroman Streulicht, der 2020 auf der SPIEGEL-Bestsellerliste und auf der Shortlist des Deutschen Buchpreises stand, wurde sie mit dem Literaturpreis der Jürgen Ponto-Stiftung und dem aspekte-Literaturpreis ausgezeichnet.
