Optimum customer advice in the pharmacy
by S. Rapp and S. Porceddu
Consultations with added value Successful advice that brings additional sales is fun, optimally supports patient therapy, and also contributes to the success of the pharmacy. This book shows how to identify customers’ individual needs, ask the right questions, make appropriate additional recommendations, and round off the discussion with helpful tips. The two authors explain the following in three chapters: • the well-managed customer consultation – step by step to success • practical examples for customer consultations concerning the most important acute indications – with key questions and appropriate additional recommendations • successful communication – as the basis for a good team, motivated employees, and satisfied customers This book provides a source of ideas for additional therapies and can also be used as a reference work or for targeted team training. The bonus of additional sales then comes naturally!

Literature & Literary StudiesMarch 1999Bussy D'Ambois
By George Chapman
by N. S. Brooke
Revels stuff. . . .|This Edition of George Chapman's tragedy differs from all other modern editions in being primarily based on the Quarto of 1607 in preference to the much revised Quarto of 1641. N. S. Brooke believes that the earlier text gives a more certain indication of Chapman's intentions and he has supported this view in an introduction and by a bibliographical and critical study of the play. The divergence between the texts of 1607 and 1641 are set out clearly in this volume, which includes the usual textual and critical apparatus found in the Revels series. ;

Humanities & Social SciencesJanuary 2020The life–cycle in Western Europe, c.1300–c.1500
by S. H. Rigby, Deborah Youngs
This is the first study to examine the entire life cycle in the Middle Ages. Drawing on a wide range of secondary and primary material, the book explores the timing and experiences of infancy, childhood, adolescence and youth, adulthood, old age and, finally, death. It discusses attitudes towards ageing, rites of passage, age stereotypes in operation, and the means by which age was used as a form of social control, compelling individuals to work, govern, marry and pay taxes. The wide scope of the study allows contrasts and comparisons to be made across gender, social status and geographical location. It considers whether men and women experienced the ageing process in the same way, and examines the differences that can be discerned between northern and southern Europe. The fourteenth and fifteenth centuries suffered famine, warfare, plague and population collapse. This fascinating consideration of the life cycle adds a new dimension to the debate over continuity and change in a period of social and demographic upheaval.
