26 years old Yui, takes after her late father’s doughnuts factory as a CEO. Yui did not like unorganized, messy factory. Together with her cousin, who is a 5S consultant, and young workers, Yui seeks to reorganize the factory by implanting 5S mindset and operation environment.
Although, challenged by elder executive who is reluctant to change, Yui and her team encourage other employees, and slowly but steadily permeate 5S mindset and actions among factory members, thus successfully revitalizing the factory with positive and promising workers.
