Are there smart dogs? Oh sure! The big scientific dog Iskra, fascinated by the beauty of the night sky, really wanted to study to gain knowledge about the cosmos, stars and constellations. An unexpected acquaintance with the elf Al and other fairy-tale heroes allowed Iskra to fulfil her dream and travel from star to star, where extraordinary adventures awaited her. In an interesting form, the fairy tale gives kids the first knowledge of astronomy, physics and ecology, introduces young readers to myths and legends about the stars, and gives an idea of space. A fairy tale is for children of preschool and primary school age and parents.

Author Biography
Olena Dovgalenko is an electronics engineer with a degree in the first speciality, she also received higher education in economics and law, and now works in the world of finance. But the dream of her life was to become a writer because from a young age she was in love with books. She has two books in her work: the novel "All the Colors of Life", which won the literary competition of the KCSA in 2015 and was given to the libraries of Ukraine, and "Iskra's Stellar Adventures" - a fairy tale for children and adults about the stars. Thanks to the charity of Olena and her Norwegian friends, “Iskra's Stellar Adventures” spread throughout Ukraine from Mariupol and Kremennaya to Galicia, to orphanages and rural libraries, families in difficult circumstances and kids dreaming of stars.
