Author Biography
Paul Flenley is Senior Research Fellow and former head of Politics and International Relations at the University of Portsmouth. MIchael Mannin is a Jean Monnet Chair, ad personam. He is a Visiting Professor in European Politics at Liverpool Hope University and also a Visiting Fellow at the Laboratoire AGORA, Université Cergy-Pontoise, Paris.
