Since verbalizing anger is difficult to learn, the included Snit-O-Meter is a handy tool for them to visually show their anger level and helps create a dialogue to resolve the situation.

Author Biography
Taylor Overbey is the Department Chair for Fine Arts, and the Program Coordinator for Digital Media at South Louisiana Community College in Lafayette. He’s currently pursuing a doctorate in Higher Ed leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. When asked about his dreams, he replies, “I dream about wrestling alligators in my spare time. However, since I have no spare time, I don't have to worry about wrestling alligators.” When people ask, "Where do you get your ideas from?" he tells them, "From a small company outside of Detroit, about 50 miles south of Canada."
