Author Biography
Dag Kroslid: Dr.-Ing. Dag Kroslid is production director at NorDan Group with headquarters in Norway and managing director at NorDan in Sweden. He developed the "ecoDigital ready" digitization strategy for the NorDan Group, which was awarded the international Quality Innovation Award in 2019. Previously, Dr. Kroslid was COO at Norsafe AS and Metallkraft AS, and senior consultant at Booz & Company and Ernst & Young. He has written several books on quality management and lean management, which have also been published internationally.
Doris Ohnesorge: Dr. rer. soc. oec. Doris Ohnesorge is the owner and managing partner of the Dr. Ohnesorge Institute in Switzerland and the management consultancy Ohnesorge in Austria. Her training institute is specialized in internationally recognized coaching, consulting and communication training. She is a consultant, coach and trainer for companies, individuals and teams in the fields of 5S, Lean Management, (agile) Leadership, (agile) Coaching, Change Management and Organization.
Johannes Pohl: Dr.-Ing. Johannes Pohl is the founder and managing partner of PEOPEX GmbH, a management consultancy specializing in the areas of digitalization and operations. Prior to this, he was Functional Expert Operations at the investment company Aurelius and Project Manager at ROI Management AG. During this time he was responsible for the annual Industry 4.0 Award. He was also responsible for setting up and developing the learning color scheme for lean production (LSP) at the Institute for Machine Tools and Management Sciences (iwb).
